DV 2009 Lottery assistance from Berkshire Immigrant Center.

Berkshire Immigrant Center is ging to have it's monthly immigration on Thursday, November 8, 2007. On this day They are going to assist in the process of applying to the DV lottery 2009.
Each primary applican has to pay a fee of US$5.00. Berkshire Immigrant Center staff will take digital photos and will help applicant and his family members and will submit online application over the Internet.
The event will take place at First Baptist Church, 88 South Street in Pittsfield between 5:00-7:30pm. Those who want to apply, use the Church’s north-side entrance near the Pittsfield Cooperative Bank.

DV lottery each year gives 50,000 PR visas to eligible people from countries which are sending less tahn 50,000 people legally within the last 5 years. Native of the following countries are not allowe dot participate in the lottery,Citizens of the following countries are not eligible to apply this year: Brazil, Canada, China (mainland-born), Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, India, Jamaica, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, Peru, Poland, Russia, South Korea, United Kingdom (except Northern Ireland), and Vietnam. However, applicants may qualify through their spouses or parents.
Applications can be submitted on-line any time between October 3, 2007 and December 2, 2007 free of chage in the official Govt web site.
