DV Lottery participants must apply their entry early with out waiting for the last minute. As many people from all over the world will try to submit their entries some time the web servers can't meet the demand of the people. Because of this the web site can't be displayed, can't get the forms for spouse and children forms or may not submit your entry. When submit you may get a blank page instead of confirmation. Then you have to start again all over and may get the same result and time passing and you may not enter in to the lottery. To avoid like this situation, apply early as soon as possible. And the important thing is you must be an eligible person from an eligible country. If you have spouse, children you must include them without failure.

Apply only once as primary applicant. If you apply more than once, all the entries will be deleted with out notice. Also don't try to cheat, they will catch you and will ban you too.
