DV Lottery 2009 entry form don't have a place to put your signature or upload one. This is just getting eligible people's Personal details, digital image and postal address. these will be included in to the lottery draw and the computer will select winners randomly. Those winners will need to fill the papers and sign, so don't worry about the signature and worry about getting a confirmation message after submitting your entry. The Confirmation will have the primary applicant's name, date of birth and the eligibility country. Also you can find the date and time as per American Standard Time.
