DV 2009 - October 06 2007 announcementDV 2009 Lottery winners will be notified by postal mail. According to DV 2009 Green card lottery instruction's winners will not be notified via E-mail. The Computer's random selected winners will be notified with further instructions only by postal mail. In the EDV entry form there it mentions that in the near future email will be used to contact. But keep in mind only regular postal mail will be used to inform winners this year too. Don't trust emails that you are a DV winner. If get one like that verify it.
