DV 2009 entry form, the American Goverment official web site is closed and no entries can not be submitted.
The web site has accepted entries for the DV Lottery 2009 for a period of 60 days in the year 2007.
It is a regulation that they will accept entries for a period 60 days only.
At the moment you can't submit entry to the state dept web site.
No paper entries will not be accepted.

The Diversity Visa Lottery 2009 winners who are selected as winners by the computer random draw are being notified and will continue till July 2008. Winniers will be notified by regular postal mail with further instruction to their addresses which were entered in the entry form by the applicants.
E-mail, Fax or Telephone will NOT be used to announce the winners.
Winners name list will not be available in the internet.
American Embassies or Consulates also don't know the winners name list.

If you are winner you will pay your non-refundable visa fee at the time of the interview in The US Embassy only.They will issue you a official receipt for the sum. Don't use bank drafts, westernunion or other money services to send your DV Lottery visa fees.
