DV Lottery 2009 Result For Albania Winners.

The first batch of DV Lottery 2009 winners in Albania were published on 29/04/2008 in the Albanian daily news paper Panorama in April with their names and addresses. In total here were 167 peoples names and address in town wise as selected winners from the last year held dv 2009 programs. They got the names and address from the postal department and published. it US State Department when conducting the DV Lottery never publish the DV Lottery winners list. Only winners will get notice personally to their given address by regular postal mail when they are selected by the computer random draw.
