DV 2009 winners?

Here is the list of case numbers which can be called for interview in the month of October. This numbers were released by the American Government State department. Normally you will receive the - Second Letter - interview notification 4-6 weeks before the interview. You must follow the instructions in the letter and the instruction given by the consular office where you are going to attend the interview. The nonrefundable visa fees should be paid only to the consular office personally by you on the day of the interview according to the given instruction.

ADVANCE NOTIFICATION OF THE DIVERSITY (DV) IMMIGRANT CATEGORY RANK CUT-OFFS WHICH WILL APPLY IN OCTOBER

For October, immigrant numbers in the DV category are available to qualified DV-2009 applicants chargeable to all regions/eligible countries as follows. When an allocation cut-off number is shown, visas are available only for applicants with DV regional lottery rank numbers BELOW the specified allocation cut-off number:
